Tour Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Booking & Preparation: Once a booking is confirmed, we begin making advance arrangements and financial commitments with hotels, transportation providers, guides, permits, and other service providers.
2. Cancellation by the Traveler: Cancellation charges will depend on the date the cancellation request is received and the expenses already committed for the trip.
3. Last-Minute Cancellation:  In the case of a last-minute cancellation, we may be “unable to provide a refund”, either partially or fully, depending on the circumstances and non-refundable expenses already incurred.
4. Non-Refundable Expenses: Any amount already paid to third parties or service providers that is non-refundable will be deducted from the refundable amount.
5. No-Show / Early Departure: No refund will normally be provided for “no-shows, unused services, late arrival, or voluntarily leaving the tour before completion”.
6. Trip Cancellation or Changes by the Company: In the event that a trip must be cancelled or significantly changed due to circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, government restrictions, border closures, political situations, weather conditions, or other force-majeure events we will handle refunds or adjustments according to the amounts recoverable from the relevant service providers.
